Kendra Lotstein is the relentless force you want in your corner when the stakes are high. As the founder of Lotstein Law Firm, she has spent years fighting for families, parents, and children facing some of life’s most challenging legal battles. With over a decade of experience in child welfare, family law, and criminal defense, Kendra isn’t just another attorney—she’s a fierce advocate who knows how to win.
Graduating with honors from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2014, Kendra built her career from the ground up, clerking for both state and federal judges.
She’s seen it all—the strategies that work, the ones that don’t, and the hard truths about the legal system. In 2017, she took that knowledge and launched her own firm, dedicated to cutting through legal red tape and delivering results for her clients.
Kendra doesn’t just fight in the courtroom—she’s deeply committed to her community, serving as a Guardian ad Litem and Court Visitor in civil cases. She’s also a sought-after speaker at legal seminars, breaking down complex topics like parent-child visitation, guardianships, and the intersection of criminal and family law.
Despite her tough-as-nails approach in the courtroom, Kendra is as real as they come. Why We Went Remote – And Why We’re Staying Remote
Lotstein Law Firm transitioned to a fully remote practice in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our clients. But what started as a temporary solution quickly proved to be a better way to serve our clients. By eliminating the need for in-person meetings, we found that clients were more comfortable, had greater flexibility, and could access legal help without the stress of travel or rigid scheduling. Remote consultations allowed us to provide faster response times, more efficient case management, and a more cost-effective legal experience—all while maintaining the same level of dedication and personal attention. Today, we remain a fully remote law firm because it works better for our clients.
